Mental Health & Wellbeing
Your mental health is important. If you are feeling stressed or anxious about something, our doctors and nurses are here to talk to you.
"There is no health without mental health"
Many people have times of feeling overwhelmed, stressed, angry or down. It is important to talk to someone during these times. Your family doctor or nurse can provide you with support and advice to manage these challenges.
Wellness Support
Wellness Support is a funded programme that provides you with doctor or nurse consultations to discuss and develop a plan to improve your mental health. Your doctor or nurse may recommend you to other specialist services, counselling sessions, health coach/health practitioner sessions or medication options.
Consultations are kept private and confidential. You are welcome to bring along a support person to any consultations if you wish.
